Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: ViceRays offers a 30-day return policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email a request with your order number in the subject line to hello@vicerays.com.
After your return is received by ViceRays and inspected for original condition, we will refund your entire payment provided that it is in the same condition that you received it.
International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.
Exchange Policy:
If your order arrives and there are any issues with your ViceRays, no worries. Please take a picture, and send an email to hello@vicerays.com explaining the issue.
ViceRays is not liable for package loss or misplacement, or for packages which are returned to a wrong address.
